At Young Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional nail supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact, and clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.

  Ship It Back

  Send your return to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure your items arrive safely for inspection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
